Job Overview: The Sales Representative\'s responsibilities include door-to-door sales in the residential sector and presenting the company\xe2\x80\x99s services. Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities - Reach out to prospects through various channels, including telemarketing and email campaigns - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions - Present product information and demonstrate the value of our offerings to potential customers - Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets - Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving company goals - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process - Keep accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system regularly Experience: - Previous experience in customer service or inside sales is preferred - Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers - Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, including a base salary plus commission.
