Job Summary
Scanwell Logistics is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the Halifax area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by effectively engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of the cargo logistics market, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage accounts effectively.

The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base in the Halifax region!!

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and analyze market trends.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting products and services.
• Conduct outside sales activities, including attending networking events and meeting clients in person.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients showcasing product features and benefits.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback on market conditions.

Skills

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology sales or a related field.
• Strong account management skills with the ability to analyze customer needs effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
