Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative as a brand ambassador to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and effectively communicating the value of our products and services. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and exceptional customer service skills to meet the needs of our diverse clientele.
Duties
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective account management.
• Identify potential markets and business development opportunities to expand our customer base.
• Conduct technical sales presentations to demonstrate product features and benefits.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess their needs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
• Participate in outside sales activities, including networking events and trade shows, to promote products. This will include exciting travel opportunities.
Skills
• A post secondary diploma in business or marketing
• Strong account management skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Ability to build relations with peers, cross functional counterparts and management team.
• Proficiency in customer service principles and practices.
• Experience in outside sales is a plus.
• Bilingual in French is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.

Pay: $44,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
