Sales Representative

to join our growing team in the

BONUS OPPORTUNITY:

This position includes an opportunity to earn a bonus equivalent to up to a total of 3 months of the base salary.

Visits retail store locations established by Market Leader/Sales Coordinator to maximize Novamex product visibility and availability in order to increase sales. Display and merchandise product of retail store to attract attention of prospective customers by performing the following duties:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

?Visits retail stores according to route established by Supervisor and completes required forms on app or manually.

?Presents current promotions to store personnel to generate additional sales.

?Effectively uses current Point of Sales (POS) material on all accounts.

?Presents all marketing promotions to accounts, store level buyers and/or grocery managers to secure retail space and secondary locations for maximum brand exposure.

?Maintain a shelf & secondary displays full of product and keep Out Of Stock (OOS) to a minimum. Keep product rotated to ensure maximum shelf life.

?Achieve new item distribution and trade promotion marketing goals assigned by Supervisor.

?Process sales orders from retailers and send them to the Distributor/Supplier chosen by store.

?Build and maintain a rapport with store level Buyers, Grocery Managers and Aisle Store Clerks.

?Ensures all products from the company have visible and clear prices for customers.

?Weekends may be required to visit events or demo execution with advance notice.

?Check-in at the start of day in App. Answer any corresponding survey at every location and Check out at the end of the final store.

?Merchandising cold boxes, end caps or any other company equipment according to schematic guidelines.

?Originates display ideas or follows suggestions or schedules of Supervisor.

?Constructs or assembles prefabricated display properties from wood, fabric, glass, paper, and plastic.

?Arrange merchandise and backdrop according to prearranged plans.

?Place price and descriptive signs on backdrop, fixtures, merchandise, or floor.

?Work with the store on all special projects such as demos, trade events, resets, remodels, new store openings, etc.

?Coordinates with Sales Coordinator and demo agency that secondary display is put next to demo.

?Reports all competitive activity such as pricing, market trends & market share to Supervisor

?Maintain distribution goals and display of products in assigned accounts.

?Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

The candidate needs to be self-motivated, organized, and highly productive, with the ability to work well on a diverse and highly qualified team in a fast-paced work environment. Be effective in working as a member of a team within the sales department as well as with other personnel and other areas within Novamex.

Excellent customer service skills, analytical abilities as well verbal and written communication skills in English.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and must be able to make business and financial related decisions based on the ability to meet Sales Volume Budget and MDF Budgets. This job will require a lot of driving of a company vehicle; therefore, driving record must be acceptable. Education and Experience:

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Ability:

Bilingual English/Local language prefered. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to conceptualize new ideas, research the new ideas, and evaluate them objectively from a market and financial standpoint.

Certificates and Licenses:

Valid Driver's License in State where working.

Pay: $48,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
