The Opportunity:
Our client is the world\'s premier dedicated producer of scaffolding systems. Pioneers in the space, our client leads the industry in product development and engineering advances. They are growing their existing substantial North American footprint and are expanding their Canadian operations.
In this period of growth, we are supporting them in the hiring of a technical sales person for the Quebec territory. The sales position would be based in Montreal, with distribution from our clients center in the GTA, ON.
This is a great opportunity for a person to make their mark on the area in this underserved and lucrative market.
What You\'ll Be Doing:
- Taking responsibility for all sales in the province of Quebec
- Acquisition of new customers
- Managing and growing existing customer accounts
- Attending bi-annual sales meetings throughout North America
- Weekly reporting to Eastern Canada Sales Manager
- Supporting development of product and business documentation for Quebec market
- Supporting strategic initiatives
- Feeding back market and business development intelligence
- Working with inside sales and sales engineering colleagues
- Fluency in English and French
- Sales experience
- Proven track of working independently
- Knowledge and experience in the Quebec market
- Experience in construction and industry applications
- Scaffolding experience preferred but not required
- Bachelor\'s degree preferred but not required
