Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, on-site visits, email campaigns, and networking. Conduct thorough needs assessments and site evaluations to craft tailored cleaning solutions for prospective clients. Develop and present detailed proposals, bids, and contracts that align with client needs and OMEX standards. Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and opportunities using CRM systems. Close new business accounts and achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals. Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing service delivery. Track market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry developments.

Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years of proven success in

sales and marketing

. Prior experience or knowledge of the janitorial industry, including service types, pricing models, and client expectations is highly preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in strategic thinking and the ability to recognize and capitalize on sales opportunities. Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships and close sales. Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
