Type of Position: Full-time Sales and Customer Satisfaction

Schedule:

? Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm shifts (seasonal late shifts from 10:00 am-7:00 pm)

? Saturday as seasonal demand dictates from 9:30 am- 1:00 pm

Minimum Hourly Salary: $18.00 per hour plus commission and bonuses for hitting targets! Actual Customer Success team members are earning between $865.00 to $1188.00 per week which includes

hourly base pay plus bonuses throughout the year.

We are seeking to hire a sales hunter with a positive attitude immediately! However, international candidates will not be accepted, this position is in-office in Concord, Ontario.

Responsibilities of the Sales Representative:

• Learning and executing our sales process
• Ability to accurately maintain client records within our CRM and solve client issues effectively
• Effectively communicating and setting clients\' expectations via phone, email, and text interactions
• Honest and straightforward communication with both clients and colleagues
• Meeting or exceeding weekly sales goals

Requirements of the Sales Representative:

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in a call center
• Professional and enthusiastic telephone manners
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure
• Be a tech-savvy individual with basic to intermediate computer skills
