We're looking for a
driven, experienced Sales or Business Development Representative
who knows the printing world -- someone who can
hit the ground running
, build relationships, and drive new business.
What You'll Do
Identify and develop new business opportunities within commercial printing, packaging, and related services
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients
Understand customer needs and provide tailored printing solutions
Work closely with production and estimating teams to deliver quotes, proposals, and client presentations
Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach, networking, and follow-up
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2-3 years of experience
in
printing, packaging, or related B2B sales
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
Strong understanding of print processes, materials, and production timelines (digital, offset, large format, etc.)
Excellent communication, organization, and client relationship skills
Motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Based in the
Greater Toronto Area
(remote/hybrid flexibility after training period)
