New & Used Vehicle Sales Consultant

About the Role:
As a New Vehicle Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of the dealership -- helping customers find the vehicle that fits their needs and lifestyle while delivering an exceptional buying experience. You'll work closely with our Sales Managers and Financial Services team to guide customers through the entire process with honesty, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities:
Build relationships with new and existing customers
Present and demonstrate new vehicles in an informative and engaging way
Guide customers through the test drive and purchase process
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GM product lines, promotions, and features
Generate leads and follow up with potential customers using dealership CRM
Collaborate with management to meet and exceed sales targets
Support customers through financing options alongside the Business Manager
Stay informed and compliant with OMVIC and industry regulations
What We're Looking For:
High energy, goal-oriented, and motivated to succeed
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous automotive sales experience is an asset but not required
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (DealerSocket experience is a plus)
Must be eligible for OMVIC licensing
Valid Ontario driver's license with clean driving record
Available to work a rotating Monday-Saturday schedule
