Full-Time Receptionist
to our front office team.
This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, professional, organized, and enjoys being the first point of contact for customers in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet all guests in a warm, professional, and welcoming manner as they enter the dealership
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
Support the sales team by notifying them of customer arrivals and coordinating appointments
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional waiting room in the showroom
License vehicles and ensure all related documentation is accurate and submitted in a timely manner
Stock in new and used vehicles accurately in the system
Assist with dealer trades, including coordinating vehicle pick-ups/drop-offs and arranging drivers
Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and scanning
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Contribute to a smooth and professional front-end customer experience
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
Experience with licensing vehicles is an asset (training provided if needed)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, professional demeanor with a team-first attitude
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
