Role Description
We are seeking a motivated, full-time Sales Representative located in Montreal, QC to join our team. In this new role you will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships within the automotive parts distributors, fleet maintenance operations , and industrial businesses.
This position involves both office and field sales.
Key responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in the automotive, fleet, and sectors
Identify new business opportunities within your territory
Present our product line and recommend solutions tailored to customer needs
Conduct sales reports, forecasts, and territory plans
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory plans
Negotiate pricing and contracts
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing ongoing support and product knowledge
Participate in trade shows, product training, and promotional activities
Qualifications
Experience in the automotive, industrial, or transportation sectors
Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relations
Valid class 5 drivers license and willingness to travel within region
Knowledge of lubricants or related industrial products
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
