The Opportunity


We're hiring a driven Sales Representative to grow Canoil's footprint across the auto aftermarket--focusing on specialty products (greases/lubricants) and contract packaging services. You'll own the full sales cycle: prospecting, technical qualification, solution scoping with our chemists and operations team, closing, and post-sale expansion.

What You'll Do



Build and manage a pipeline of distributors, jobbers, service networks, private-label brands, and industrial accounts. should we include this? very different focus and network vs Auto aftermarket Prospect via visits, phone, email, LinkedIn, and trade groups; schedule 10-15 qualified meetings per week. Uncover technical and commercial needs; position Canoil's grease/lubricant formulations and packaging capabilities. Prepare quotes and proposals with accurate costings and lead times; negotiate and close. Coordinate trials/samples with our technical team and follow through to conversion. Forecast monthly; maintain CRM hygiene (stages, notes, next steps). possibly use record all activities in CRM Represent Canoil at customer sites and industry events/tradeshows. Meet or exceed quarterly revenue, margin, and new-logo targets. do you mean new accounts?

What You Bring



4+ years in B2B sales (automotive aftermarket, lubricants/chemicals, MRO, industrial supplies, or packaging strongly preferred). Comfort selling technical/solution offerings and explaining value (performance, TCO, reliability). Proven hunter mentality with consistent quota attainment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-through. Valid driver's license; willingness to travel 50-70% within territory. CRM proficiency (HubSpot/Salesforce or similar); MS/Google workspace skills. Nice to have: chemistry/mechanical background, distributor network relationships, private-label experience.
