About the Role:
Dermablend Canada is looking for a results-driven
Sales & Account Manager
to expand our retail and digital presence across Canada. This hybrid role blends relationship management, sales strategy, and eCommerce platform oversight -- from acquiring new vendors to ensuring our Amazon and Walmart storefronts are optimized and up to date.
You'll work cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service to drive growth, streamline the customer experience, and strengthen our B2B relationships. If you're eager to grow strategic partnerships and lead across digital platforms, we'd love to hear from you.

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Partnerships
Pitch Dermablend Canada to new retail, clinic, and eCommerce partners
Identify growth opportunities in new channels and regions
Negotiate partnership terms and onboard new vendors
Maintain and strengthen relationships with current B2B clients
2. Account Management
Serve as the main point of contact for retail partners and key accounts
Track order flow, manage reorders, and flag stock/inventory issues
Provide regular performance reports and growth insights
Collaborate with Operations and Warehouse teams to ensure fulfillment is timely and accurate
3. Marketplace Management
Manage front-end listings on Amazon.ca, Walmart.ca, and other platforms
Ensure product pages are optimized with current copy, imagery, and compliance
Monitor inventory levels and resolve listing or seller support issues
Implement updates, promotions, and seasonal merchandising changes
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or eCommerce (beauty, wellness, or consumer goods preferred)
Experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Walmart Marketplace
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally
Self-starter with a solutions-first mindset and strong follow-through
Required Tools & Skills:
Experience with Amazon Vendor Central or similar platforms
Proficient in Microsoft Workspace
Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar
Comfortable navigating Shopify for inventory/product details
Bonus Tools & Experience:
Experience using project management tools like Notion, Trello, or ClickUp
Familiarity with retail distribution models or wholesale platforms
Understanding of digital marketing or ad strategies (Meta, Amazon Ads, etc.)
