Job Description
Montreal candidates only. Work from Office. We are looking for a self-motivated team player to be responsible for Sales Quoting and Order Support. We\xe2\x80\x99re a passionate group of hard-working people, obsessive about sales and service. Responsible & Accountable for:
- Sales Quotations
- Order Entry & Credit Cards
- Invoicing and Shipping documents
- Answer inbound calls and emails
- DEC, BAC or equivalent work experience.
- 2-4 years experience in an Invoicing, Operations or Quoting role.
- 2-4 years experience in Distribution or Manufacturing.
- Proven attention to detail and customer focus.
- Ability to work & communicate with Customers, Vendors & Management team.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Manages priorities efficiently and independently.
- Experience with ERP software.
- Excellent proficiency in English, written and spoken (French is an asset)
