Duties
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
Achieve sales targets by actively pursuing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts.
Collaborate with team members to strategize on sales initiatives and share best practices.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our products.
Develop new leads through cold calling, referrals, digital marketing, and industry networking.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably in trucking, trailers, or heavy equipment. preferred; however, entry-level candidates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.

Previous 1-2 years experience in sales is an asset
Valid driver's license (Class 1)
Strong understanding of the transportation industry and commercial vehicle specifications.
