We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. This role is essential for driving business growth through effective sales strategies and relationship management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both B2B and direct sales, with a focus on technology sales and account management. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling.
Manage a designated territory, ensuring effective territory management to maximize sales potential.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase our offerings and address customer needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities and manage customer interactions.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Provide insights and analysis on market trends to inform business development strategies.
Upsell additional products or services to existing clients based on their needs.
Qualifications
Proven experience in outside sales, inside sales, or retail sales with a focus on B2B environments.
Strong understanding of account management principles and techniques.
Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is preferred.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs effectively.
Experience in technical sales or technology-related products is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to client satisfaction.
