We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective relationship management and strategic business development. This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients to meet their needs.
Duties
Engage in outside sales activities to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Manage existing accounts while building strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth within assigned territories.
Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting on sales activities.
Perform product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our offerings.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance lead generation efforts.
Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while maintaining a focus on customer service excellence.
Participate in cold calling initiatives to reach out to potential clients and expand the customer base.
Provide insights into market conditions and competitor activities through regular analysis and reporting.
Skills
Proven experience in B2B sales, with a solid understanding of account management and territory management principles.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to upsell products effectively.
Familiarity with technology sales and technical sales processes is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software for managing sales pipelines and customer relationships.
Strong analytical skills to assess market data and drive informed decision-making.
