Sales Performance Manager

Job Description

TSD Mobility Solutions, Inc., an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is looking for a Sales Performance Manager to join our growing team. As a Sales Performance Manager you will be responsible for building effective relationships with existing corporate and individual customers, exploring their business models and developing an awareness of potential solution opportunities. You will be the product expert that identifies ways to increase sales in the business.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



Perform consultation visits at dealerships and car rental locations as a part of our professional services team. Implement analysis, performance evaluations and program development at customer sites. Provide detailed data on site regarding fleet management market and products offered. Report on each visit with recommendations to clients, manufacturers and internal departments. Build, develop and maintain strong client relationships, understand the client's best interests and bring a commitment to understanding and driving the success of their clients' key initiatives, organization, company and history. Exceed monthly and yearly sales goal through incremental sales of products to existing customers and to prospective customers. Maintain up-to-date understanding of industry trends and developments and become knowledgeable on all TSD core products including our rental and loaner management software solutions, as well as TSD RezCentral, Gateway and modules.

Working Conditions:



Driving to and from customer sites (sitting on average 1-4 hours) or flying to customer sites in Canada Customer visits require frequent standing up to 8 hours a day, with a 1 hour lunch break Packing, lifting and carrying personal luggage up to 50 lbs (discretionary) 15 minutes-1 hour a day Simple grasping and fine manipulation (both hands) 3-6 hours a day (pointer/mouse) Require to look at a computer screen up to 8 hours a day
Your compensation will be a base pay of $70-$75k. Total targeted income with commission for year one is expected to be $100k+.

Requirements:



Must have relevant industry sales experience for 1+ years in or with car rental, dealership, or travel Ability to travel 60% across the Canada Bilingual in English and Canadian French and able to communicate with our customers outside of Quebec required Able to travel to the United States for company-paid training Excellent presentation and relationship building skills Must have a valid driver's license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years Proficient in MS Office products College Degree preferred
