Position Summary - Sales Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Sales Operations Coordinator
to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team. This role is essential in supporting our sales team and ensuring a smooth, efficient order lifecycle--from quote to delivery. You'll work directly with customers and across internal departments to help streamline operations and deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate sales quotes and communicate lead times and pricing updates to customers
Finalize purchase orders with customers and manage internal processing
Review inventory levels weekly and relay customer requirements to the Supply Chain team
Communicate professionally and diplomatically via email with customers and internal stakeholders
Maintain and update the Salesforce CRM database
Process and track incoming leads
Manage and update revenue forecasts with precision and analytical insight
Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Business Operations, and Accounting teams
Key Competencies & Skills
Proactive problem solver who takes initiative to address logistical challenges
Highly organized self-starter who can prioritize time-sensitive tasks effectively
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM/sales tools
Strong interpersonal skills; able to liaise across departments to keep sales moving forward
Meticulous attention to detail and strong data accuracy
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Tech-savvy: comfortable with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, Adobe, Shopify, Salesforce
Flexible mindset, thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
Positive attitude and strong team player with a sense of humour
Qualifications & Experience
A degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Proven experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on order coordination or sales operations
Track record of using CRM systems to improve customer acquisition, retention, and sales performance
Strong organizational and time-management skills
