To support our expanding business, we are looking for a highly educated, detail-oriented, and proactive Sales Operations Coordinator with excellent organizational and communication skills.

The ideal candidate is logical yet outgoing, able to coordinate across multiple departments and cultures while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee

daily sales operationsand ensure efficient workflow within the sales department,

including order processing, follow-up, purchasing, and quality inspection.

Handle product quality control, inspection arrangements, and problem resolution. Collaborate with the sales team to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions. Prepare business reports, summarize data, and assist in process optimization. Communicate effectively in Mandarin and English across internal and external partners.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field Language Skills: Excellent command of

both Mandarin and English

(verbal & written) Personality: Outgoing, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Organizational Ability: Exceptional structuring and coordination skills; able to manage multiple tasks and priorities logically and efficiently Experience: 2-5 years of experience in operations, sales coordination, purchasing, or quality control preferred Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

Pay: $48,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
