About Us:

We are a well-established wholesaler and retailer specialising in car rims and tires. Our business has a strong traditional base, and now we are expanding into the digital space with new online and marketing initiatives to grow our brand presence.

About the Role:

This is a multi-faceted role for someone who is ready to take on different challenges and grow with us long-term. The main focus will be assisting with front desk sales, customer service, and administrative support, with additional responsibilities in digital marketing and online presence development.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service (Primary)

Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner Provide product information and process sales transactions Support inventory tracking and ordering Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and record-keeping Perform general office administrative duties Coordinate daily operations between sales and service teams

Digital Marketing & Online Support (Secondary)

Assist in

building our online presence

through digital marketing, photography, and visual content creation Help manage website and social media updates (images, posts, promotions) Support online customer inquiries and promotional activities

What We're Looking For:

Presentable appearance with a professional attitude Positive, can-do mindset and eagerness to learn new skills

Dependable and committed to long-term growth with the company

Strong communication skills in

English and Mandarin

(Cantonese is an asset) Comfortable using computers, online tools, and basic photo/design software (training provided) Adaptable to handle a variety of tasks in a dynamic work environment Interest in automotive products is a plus (but not required)

Pay: $17.20-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 48 per week
