Front Desk & Operations Associate - Titan Flooring Inc. (Mississauga, ON)

About Us:

Titan Flooring Inc. is a family-run renovation and flooring company established in 2012. Our storefront provides a wide selection of flooring and renovation products, and we offer full installation services. We're growing quickly--and we're looking for someone to grow with us.

Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM Saturday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do:

This is a dynamic, customer-facing role that blends retail, operations, and logistics support. You'll be the first point of contact for customers and a key player in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Customer & Front Desk Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers, contractors, and vendors Answer calls and emails professionally and promptly Provide quotes for flooring and renovation products (laminate, vinyl, vanities, shower doors, etc.) Operate our POS system to process sales, returns, and payments Ensure all documentation is correctly recorded and filed

Inventory & Supplier Coordination:

Monitor in-store stock levels and place purchase orders as needed Contact suppliers to confirm stock availability and lead times Receive deliveries, verify inventory, and update pricing Help manage item SKUs and costs in our system

Logistics & Scheduling:

Coordinate pickups and deliveries with our in-house driver Schedule runs to align with customer timelines and project urgency

What We're Looking For:

? Previous experience in retail or warehouse operations
? Familiar with POS systems (sales, returns, SKUs, etc.)
? Strong communication and organizational skills
? Comfortable using Excel, Microsoft 365, and new apps
? Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
? Fluent in English; bonus if you speak Cantonese, Mandarin Vietnamese or other
? Knowledge of contracting materials (baseboards, casing, vinyl, tile, etc.) is a plus
? Forklift license is a bonus (but not required)
? Able to be in-front of a camera/assist in content and filming is an asset
