The Social Media Specialist will work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies that align with business goals and target audience.
Create engaging content for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives and promotions.
Manage online communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media.
Utilize tools such as Salesforce for tracking leads and managing customer relationships.
Experience
Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is preferred.
Strong skills in technical sales, negotiation, business development, and account management.
Experience in outside sales is a plus.
Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Proficiency in Spanish is an advantage but not required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
