Xheight Zone is Gander's premier indoor trampoline and adventure park -- where energy, excitement, and fun collide! We're a high-energy destination for families, kids, and thrill-seekers, and we're on the lookout for a creative, driven, and outgoing Marketing & Social Media Specialist to help take our brand and community reach to the next level.

Position Overview:
As the voice and face of Xheight Zone, you'll manage our social media channels, design and launch marketing campaigns, and connect with local businesses to build awesome cross-promotional relationships. This role is a mix of online creativity and real-world networking -- perfect for someone outgoing, motivated, and passionate about fun!

Responsibilities:

Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more Create exciting and engaging content: photos, videos, reels, and stories Plan and execute promotions, contests, and ad campaigns Design eye-catching marketing materials (digital & print) Respond to messages, comments, and reviews Visit local businesses to establish promotional partnerships Track and report on engagement, analytics, and campaign performance Contribute ideas to help grow our brand creatively and consistently
What We're Looking For:

Experience in marketing, social media, or content creation Outgoing, confident, and great with people Strong writing, communication, and visual content skills Organized and self-motivated with the ability to work independently Bonus: Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools
