The Sales & Marketing Manager will identify marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements. Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities and Outcomes:

  • Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating digital advertising.
  • Develop Kent\xe2\x80\x99s ecommerce brand strategy.
  • Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
  • Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Developing sales and digital marketing strategies to help meet revenue targets, while effectively promoting the benefits of Kent\xe2\x80\x99s ecommerce products and services.
  • Work with external parties to optimize campaign activity using industry standard search engine marketing (SEM) & search engine optimization (SEO) processes.
  • Collaborates with the Kent Marketing Team to ensure brand marketing standards are maintained and calendars are aligned, optimizing digital activity.
  • Analyze online statistics, market trends and industry activity to identify best practices.
  • Manages the transformation from business vision through to ecommerce digital strategy.
  • Identify opportunities, helping to shape strategies, messaging, or product development.
  • Executing scheduled & ad-hoc digital marketing tasks.
  • Developing audience engagement through effective communication.
  • Establishing and maintaining key performance indicators.
Skill, Capabilities, and Experience:
  • University Degree, Diploma, or related education in Marketing or similar field with 3-5 years related work experience. Extensive experience in the workplace would be considered.
  • Experience in leading a team or project group.
  • Experienced in digital analytical tools and translating marketing data to optimize future campaigns. Google Analytics certification would be an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to create progressive and modern digital campaign strategies.
  • Experience leveraging a well-established consumer brand to generate rapid online growth.
  • The ability to shift between priorities as they arise.
  • Creative, highly organized, self-motivated person
  • Bilingual (English and French) an asset.
