Position Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Sales & Marketing Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fashion, understands people, and has a creative eye for sales and branding. You'll be responsible for driving in-store sales, managing customer relationships, and supporting marketing campaigns that build brand awareness and attract new clients.

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Client Relations:

Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing exceptional service and style guidance Build lasting client relationships through personalized consultations and follow-ups Meet and exceed sales targets through in-store and digital outreach Maintain store presentation, inventory, and merchandising standards
Marketing & Branding:

Assist in planning and executing seasonal marketing campaigns Create engaging content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and email marketing Support photoshoots, in-store events, and promotions Collaborate with the team to grow Urban Studio's presence both online and offline
Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a passion for fashion and sales Experience in retail or customer-facing roles (fashion industry preferred) Familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing basics Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment
