Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive business growth, enhance brand visibility, and foster strong client relationships. This role requires a proactive individual with expertise in B2B sales, business development, and account management, capable of leveraging technology sales and marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals. Fluency in English is preferred to effectively engage with diverse markets. The Marketing Executive will play a key role in expanding our market presence through innovative campaigns and effective customer engagement.

Duties



Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to target audiences, focusing on B2B sales and technology markets. Drive outside sales efforts by establishing new client relationships and maintaining existing accounts through proactive outreach and negotiation. Manage business development initiatives to identify new market opportunities and expand the company's client base. Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, utilizing tools such as Salesforce for data management. Lead account management activities to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth through personalized service and strategic upselling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials, presentations, and campaigns that align with organizational objectives. Engage in customer service activities by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally, fostering long-term partnerships. Utilize analysis skills to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize marketing efforts, and report on key performance indicators. Participate in technical sales discussions by translating complex product features into clear value propositions for clients.

Experience



Proven experience in outside sales, negotiation, business development, or account management within a B2B environment. Strong background in marketing strategies with a focus on technology or industrial sectors. Demonstrated success in technical sales or technology-driven markets. Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines. Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data and campaign performance metrics. Customer service experience that highlights the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients. Fluency in English is highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse customer bases and expand market reach. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $31,237.50-$42,000.00 per year
