Job Description
We are looking for a part time (potentially full-time) proactive, professional, and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to generate new leads via phone, email, and social platforms, and to promote and sell our digital services including Web Design, Graphic Design, SEO Service, Social Media Management, Video Editing, Branding, Advertising, and more.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media Understand client needs and present appropriate digital solutions Manage daily sales targets, pipelines, and follow-ups Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and sales approaches Maintain and update leads, call logs, and progress reports in CRM Monitor ongoing digital campaigns and prepare performance reports
Requirements
Strong communication skills (English; Punjabi is an asset) Excellent sales closing and persuasion skills Professional experience with phone and email communication Basic understanding of digital marketing or creative services Strong time management and goal-oriented mindset Previous sales experience preferred
