This position combines sales leadership, business development, marketing execution, and customer relationship management. Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Management
Manage all
incoming sales leads
through phone, email, walk-ins, and digital platforms.
Handle all
inbound sales calls
promptly and professionally.
Serve as the
primary point of contact
for new retail clients, conducting consultations and assessments to provide tailored service recommendations.
Guide customers through the
entire sales process
-- from initial inquiry and quotation to scheduling and final delivery.
Collaborate closely with
shop managers and installation teams
to ensure seamless project handoffs and customer satisfaction.
Open and close the facility when required to accommodate customer appointments or business needs.
Business Development & B2B Growth
Identify, pursue, and secure
new business opportunities
in both the automotive and marine industries.
Lead the development and execution of Armored's
corporate partnership program
, targeting dealerships, fleet clients, marinas, and other B2B opportunities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with business clients and industry partners.
Attend trade shows, networking events, and client meetings as a representative of Armored Inc.
Marketing & Brand Presence
Manage and grow Armored Inc.'s
social media presence
across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), including posting content, engaging with followers, and supporting marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with the
marketing team
on campaigns, promotions, content strategy, and lead generation initiatives.
Provide input and feedback on creative direction, advertising strategies, and market positioning.
CRM & Sales Systems Management
Manage and maintain Armored's
CRM software
(e.g., LeadConnector) to ensure all leads, customer data, and sales activities are accurately tracked and updated.
Implement and optimize sales workflows and reporting tools to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
Regularly review CRM analytics and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance metrics.
Team Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with
shop managers
to align sales schedules with operational capacity.
Participate in regular meetings with the
marketing team and company leadership
to discuss strategy, performance, and new initiatives.
Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong background in
sales, business development, or account management
(automotive or luxury service industry preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience managing
social media platforms
and digital marketing initiatives.
Proficiency with
CRM tools
and lead management software.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Flexibility to
travel or work extended hours
when required for business development or client meetings.
