Identify sales bottlenecks across online and offline channels; develop strategies to improve conversion rates, average order value, and repeat purchases
Monitor sales data and customer behavior via analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, WooCommerce, CRM, Meta); provide actionable insights and regular performance reports .
2. Marketing Strategy & Implementation
Create and execute multichannel campaigns: SEO, PPC, email, social media, affiliate, and influencer marketing
Manage promotional schedules, seasonal offers, and point-reward/loyalty systems to increase engagement and brand loyalty
Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on industry trends to identify new growth opportunities
3. Customer Relationship & Experience
Implement and optimize CRM best practices: email sequences, follow-ups, customer retention, and VIP engagement,
Implement a reward and point system for the store.
Oversee customer service in coordination with retail teams; ensure prompt resolution and excellent experience.
4. Store & Website Management
Ensure online store and physical displays are on-brand, up-to-date, and running efficiently; Work with website team to improve performance and visibility.
5. Leadership & Collaboration
Mentor, train, and coordinate with marketing, sales, and store staff if needed.
Plan and lead weekly strategy meetings and daily stand-ups to align teams and track progress
6. Budgeting & ROI
Create and manage marketing budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor campaign ROI
Required Qualifications:
1-3 years in e-commerce, retail, or omnichannel sales/marketing management ( Expericance in K Beauty store is plus)
Education in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).
Proficiency in analytics tools (GA, SEMrush), marketing platforms (Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign), and e-commerce CMS ( WooCommerce)
Strong data-driven mindset, able to use analytics to optimize campaigns and sales .
Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving abilities
Leadership and project?management experience able to manage cross-functional teams and deliver results.
