Job Summary:
We are seeking a
Sales & Marketing Associate

.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns. Create engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and promotional materials. Design graphics and materials for both online and print use. Manage social media accounts and interact with followers. Conduct telemarketing and email outreach to prospective clients. Assist in organizing promotional events and product launches. Analyze campaign performance and provide reports.
Qualifications:
Background in marketing, communications, or a related field. Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva). Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Familiarity with HVAC industry is a plus but not required. Mandarin or Cantonese skills are a bonus.What We Offer:
