Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales/Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. Duties

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing and social media platforms. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis. Support e-commerce initiatives by managing product listings, optimizing for SEO, and analyzing performance metrics using Google Analytics. Create engaging content for various platforms, including WordPress websites and social media channels. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that drive product management and enhance customer engagement. Utilize Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords to promote products and services effectively. Assist in budgeting for marketing campaigns and track expenditures to ensure alignment with financial goals. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to create visually appealing graphics and promotional materials. Monitor analytics to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing platforms. Familiarity with e-commerce principles, SEO best practices, and product management techniques. Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. Experience with WordPress, HTML, and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. A proactive attitude towards learning new skills related to sales and marketing.
