Elreg Distributors Ltd. is a trusted supplier of electrical components and systems, serving a wide range of industries with a commitment to quality, service, and innovation. We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.
Position Summary
The Sales & Marketing Administrator plays a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This position is responsible for managing order entry, handling customer communications, supporting sales initiatives, developing and maintaining marketing programs, and maintaining accurate records for house accounts and contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support:
Accurately process customer orders in a timely manner using internal systems.
Prepare and assist with customer quotes and bid documentation in collaboration with the sales team.
Maintain and update customer contracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Customer Service:
Provide professional and courteous assistance to customers and internal teams via phone.
Respond to customer inquiries, order updates, and service requests through email.
Maintain and support key house accounts with consistent follow-up and service excellence.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
Support warranty/repair entry, tracking, and customer communications
Marketing and Business Development:
Develop, maintain, and evolve Elreg's marketing materials.
Prepare presentation materials and internal documentation to support business development and operations.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting research and outreach support.
Participate in or lead sales-focused assignments and projects as required.
Oversee Elreg's social media presence and work with website support to ensure content is relevant and up to date.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role.
Previous experience in marketing, including content creation and social media management.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM/order management systems, marketing design tools.
Proficiency with AI tools such as CoPilot and ChatGPT is considered an asset.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
