We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales/Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support our sales and marketing efforts by providing administrative assistance. This role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in various software applications.

Responsibilities



Administrative assistance to the Sales & Marketing Manager and the Sales Team. Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document creation, presentations, and spreadsheets. Proofread marketing materials and internal communications for clarity and accuracy. Collaborate with team members on various projects to enhance overall productivity.

Experience



Previous office experience in new home sales is preferred, with a focus on administrative roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace is essential. Strong clerical experience with excellent organizational skills is required. Strong typing skills with attention to detail.
