THIS IS FOR YOU IF YOU ARE:
- Interested in working in a fast-growing, yet young organization (2.5 years old)
- Someone who has experience selling JOBS or other home-services
- Someone who is a self starter and loves the hustle of sales
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
- Sell a minimum of $250,000 in the remaining 6 months of the 2025 season, with a $500,000 target for 2026
- Attend all scheduled in-person site walkthroughs pre-job for the first initial job with the customer
- Increase average job size to $20,000 (AJS) through the up sell of higher quality materials, and the involvement in more custom home projects
- Maintain a cumulative Closing Ratio (CR) of atleast 40% on al residential jobs (industry average is 60%)
- Attend all company sales training sessions
- Perform follow up calls for all outstanding prospects daily, or using our follow-up funnel
- Determine reasoning for unsuccessful sales to CEO during biweekly reviews for expanding training, or software automation adjustments, etc.
- Increase market share through the generation of at least 3 self-generated leads weekly
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience
- Bachelor's degree or Business diploma
- It is required that you have a construction network already in the lower-mainland
COMPENSATION:
- Hourly rate of $23.00 per hour
- Flat 9% commission on the jobs closed
- Must close a weekly revenue minimum of $11,000 to qualify for commission
