On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.Our client, a subsidiary of a renowned global company headquartered in Sweden, excels in providing innovative cable and pipe seal solutions. These versatile products guarantee safety, efficiency, and operational reliability in demanding projects around the world.They proudly serve major customers such as the Toronto Transit Commission, Hydro One, and numerous provincial power authorities across Canada.They are looking to bring on a Regional Sales Manager in Western Canada to join their team!Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Western Canada territory (BC, Alberta, and Saskatchewan)
  • Mix of new business development and strategic account management
  • Work with the sales manager to develop account plans to establish new customers and increase share of wallet with existing clients
  • Provide technical presentations and product installation training to a wide range of audiences
  • Work closely with internal team members including marketing, inside sales, outside sales, customer
service, etc * Comfortable with prospecting and cold calling
About you:
  • 2-3 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Ideally sold construction or engineering type products previously
  • A self-starter who is highly motivated and driven by sales success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build relationships.
  • You like to work with your hands - you\'ll sometimes have to demonstrate the products at work sites, so past construction experience is helpful!
  • Exceptional experience leading complex sales processes that involve multiple team members and
decision makers * Ideally located in the Lower Mainland
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Compensation: $80-90K base salary (depending on experience) with an overall total earning of $120-150K
  • Full benefits package, retirement savings plan (RRSP), and PTO.
  • 100% remote role with up to 60% travel in territory (only 1/month outside of Vancouver, the rest will be local)
