NOTE: This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position.
What Youll Be Doing:

• Team Leadership and Performance:
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop training programs and sales techniques to enhance team performance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement
    
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that is sales driven
    
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and goals.
  • Acquire product line knowledge on all of Spring Financial's programs and educate clients on the best use of these programs.

• What You Should Already Have:
  

• • 2-3+ years of experience in a sales management role, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or a combination of relevant experience.
• Additional Attributes:
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented, creative, and charismatic, with the desire to share a laugh or two with your teammates.
  • Prior experience in a call center or retail customer service environment is an asset but not required.
