VimaLife is thrilled to be building a brand-new Luxury-Inspired Fitness Centre in Leslieville, Toronto. Birthed out of the absence of true communities in the elevated fitness facility space, we are looking to inspire, unite and elevate.
As VimaLife's first-ever Sales Manager, you will spearhead membership sales operations for the club, from initial inquiry to onboarding, cultivating authentic relationships with prospective members and guiding them into the luxury wellness experience we offer. A go-getter, people person and closer, you will be directly responsible for expanding the club membership base and ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.
Responsibilities:
? Own and manage the full sales cycle -- from lead generation and outreach to in-person tours, follow-up, and closing.
? Serve as the first point of contact for prospective members; deliver personalized, consultative experiences that highlight the value of our services and amenities.
? Achieve monthly membership sales targets while maintaining brand integrity and a luxury-level approach.
? Collaborate with management and ownership teams to support lead generation campaigns, local partnerships, and event activations.
? Maintain accurate and organized records in the CRM system and track key sales metrics.
? Provide post-sale support, ensuring a smooth transition into membership and setting the foundation for long-term engagement.
? Stay up to date on club programming, amenities, and wellness offerings to confidently represent the full value proposition.
? Support the front desk and service team in creating a welcoming, professional environment for all members and guests.
? Assume Manager-on-Duty responsibility in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant General Manager
? Other responsibilities that may reasonably be expected, as exceptional circumstances may require.
Renumeration: $70,000+, including sales and performance bonuses
