We're seeking an
Automotive Sales Manager
who will play a key role in supporting our dealership staff and customers while contributing directly to the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a positive customer experience by ensuring all clients and prospects are handled professionally and in line with company policies and procedures.
Develop and execute strategic plans for sales growth, profitability, staffing, marketing, expense control, and inventory management.
Drive new vehicle sales performance to meet and exceed volume and profitability targets.
Train and mentor sales consultants and managers to follow a market-based pricing strategy and foster a culture of teamwork.
Prepare timely and accurate management reports.
Ensure all staff adhere to company policies, procedures, and Health & Safety regulations.
Coordinate effectively with other departments to align goals and share relevant documents and objectives through established communication channels.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Automotive Dealership Sales Manager is required.
Cross-functional experience in dealership operations is considered an asset. Willing to train strong candidates with the right potential.
Valid Ontario G Driver's License.
Valid OMVIC License.
Strong leadership, communication, and business acumen.
