We are currently seeking an energetic, positive, and ambitious leader to join our team as General Sales Manager at Lloydminster Honda.

Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and train the sales team to achieve individual and department goals. Assist Sales Consultants in processing and completing sales. Hire, onboard, and train new Sales Consultants. Host regular meetings to enhance skills and ensure accountability. Provide support during the sales process, including resolving customer issues and finding out-of-the-box solutions. Coach sales staff on various aspects of performance and help them overcome barriers. Lead dealership marketing and advertising campaigns. Support sales efforts by assisting with outbound calls to generate business and appointments. Ensure vehicles are effectively displayed and merchandised. Champion customer service by assisting with escalations and complex questions.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' direct experience in an automotive Sales Management position. Strong leadership and coaching abilities. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrated success in sales and knowledge of automotive operations. Experience in inventory management considered a strong asset. Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and drive loyalty.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
