Sales Manager - RV

Vision Rv in Acheson (located 5 minutes west of Edmonton).

Are you a driver sales leader who is ready to take charge, grow a dealership and earn great cash while doing it? Wouldn't you like to get back to having fun with the team and customers? Vision Rv in Acheson is looking for a proven, energetic, driven Sales Manager to help us dominate the Alberta market.

What you'll do

Take the lead in driving sales and exceeding performance targets. Ensure the lot and showroom shines! Customer should feel the difference. Recruit, train and motivate our amazing sales team. Social media and advertising- assist the sales staff in self generating leads. Appointments- primary focus, we are an appointment driven store.

What we are looking for:

2-3 years of sales management experience- either automotive or RV. A self starter and natural leader. Strong communication and problem solving Competitive, hungry to grow, driven Must love dogs and have a great sense of humour. Our customers love camping and the outdoors and you must be able to relate to them.

Pay: $100,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
