Assistant Sales Manager

who's wired the same way.

This isn't a desk job. You'll be in the middle of it; leading, teaching, closing, and keeping the place moving. We want someone who treats this like their business; not someone who waits to be told what to do.

Here's what you'll be doing

Leading by example -

coaching

the team every day. Working with buyers and consignors -

turning good conversations into great deals.

Keeping sales, F&I, and consignment running smooth and consistent. Making sure follow-ups get done, CRM gets used, and standards stay high. Holding yourself and others

when you see an opportunity.
