Sales Manager - RV Dealership

Traveland RV is seeking an experienced RV Sales Manager who is energetic, motivated, and ready to guide our sales team to achieve new levels of success.



With RV sales growing year after year, we need a proven leader with a strong track record in customer satisfaction, team development, and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals Work with sales staff to set clear goals and coach them to success Create and foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee retention Conduct regular sales meetings to review training, review performance, and build team alignment Partner with the marketing department to develop sales strategies Maintain the highest standards of customer service and promote strong customer relationships Passionate about customer retention and CSI in Sales

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in a dealership sales management role ( RV industry experience strongly preferred; automotive considered ) Strong leadership and coaching skills Passion for relationship building and customer satisfaction Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets Professional appearance, integrity, and strong interpersonal skills Punctual, dependable, and results-driven.
