As we grow, we're seeking a
Sales Manager
who can unify three distinct verticals -- Residential Resale, Commercial, and Investor Relations -- into one high-performing, revenue-driven machine.
Position Overview
As the Sales Manager, you will be the central leader for all sales activities across three divisions:
Residential Resale Team
- Mentor, track, and hold accountable three Realtors. You will monitor their listings, contracts, pipelines, and integrate them into marketing and social media efforts.
Commercial Division
- Oversee commercial agents. You will ensure they're tracking exclusives, nurturing leads, and moving deals forward.
Investor Relations / Generational Wealth Division
- You'll lead outreach, manage investor leads, schedule calls, refine funnels, and optimize conversion to raise capital for our New Development Projects.
You will function as both a strategist and an executor. You'll develop processes, KPIs, dashboards, accountability loops, and also dig into follow-up, pipeline reviews, and revenue generation.
You will report directly to leadership, providing regular updates and strategic recommendations on how to scale, optimize, and integrate across divisions.
Key ResponsibilitiesResidential Resale Division
Set quarterly and annual targets with each realtor and monitor progress
Conduct regular pipeline reviews (new listings, offers, contract status)
Provide coaching, training, and support to elevate performance
Collaborate with marketing to include realtors' listings and successes in social media, newsletters, and content campaigns
Ensure compliance, timely contract updates, and internal documentation
Commercial Division
Maintain oversight on all commercial deal pipelines
Track lead flow, exclusivity negotiations, deal velocity
Hold regular check-ins and accountability meetings
Assist in deal strategy or coordination where needed
Monitor key metrics (e.g. deal volume, revenue, close rates)
Investor Relations / Generational Wealth
Manage inbound/outbound investor leads
Schedule and conduct discovery calls, follow-ups, and tracking
Plan and execute investor events, webinars, or workshops
Analyze funnel performance, propose improvements, and implement systems
Coordinate with marketing and operations to align messaging and investor communications
Cross-Divisional & Leadership Duties
Own a central dashboard (KPIs, revenue by vertical, pipeline health) and present to leadership
Facilitate cross-pollination--e.g., leverage residential and commercial networks for investor leads
Identify training needs, process gaps, and tools to scale efficiency
Guide future hiring or expansion of sales talent
Implement systems (CRM workflows, reporting, accountability cadences)
Who You Are / Qualifications
3+ years in real estate sales, ideally spanning residential, commercial, or capital raising
Prior experience managing salespeople
Strong operational discipline, metrics orientation, and execution bias
Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills
Comfortable in both strategy and hands-on execution
Familiarity with CRM systems, pipelines, lead attribution, and conversion optimization
Experience hosting or coordinating investor events is a plus
Licensed realtor or real estate experience an asset (but not mandatory if you can show equivalent success)
Comfort working in a fast-growing boutique environment, wearing multiple hats
Compensation & Incentives
We believe in performance-based rewards. You'll receive a competitive base plus meaningful upside tied to your execution in all three divisions.
Base Salary
$55,000 - $65,000 CAD annually (depending on experience)
Commission / Override Structure (Will be further discussed with successful interview candidates)
Bonus Incentives:
KPI bonus if all divisions hit targets
Event performance bonus if investor events lead to conversions
Growth/retention bonuses tied to team stability and expansion
Your On-Target Earnings (OTE) will be structured such that your upside (commissions + bonuses) can exceed your base if you drive results.
