Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Manager with proven experience selling payment devices and merchant services. You will be responsible for direct sales, closing new merchant accounts, and driving consistent monthly growth.
This role is performance-driven and ideal for someone comfortable in a startup environment where speed, accountability, and results matter.
Key Responsibilities
Execute direct B2B sales of payment terminals and payment services (Elavon & Clover)
Prospect, pitch, and close new merchant accounts across Montreal
Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation to merchant onboarding
Achieve a minimum of 10 closed deals per month
Build and maintain a strong merchant pipeline
Work closely with onboarding and technical teams to ensure smooth deployment
Represent the company professionally in both field and inside sales activities
Compensation & Growth
Commission-based compensation with equity participation (open for discussion)
Overhead expenses covered (approved travel, sales tools, and business expenses)

Required Qualifications (Mandatory)
Proven experience selling payment devices and merchant services
Hands-on sales experience with Elavon and/or Clover (mandatory)
Strong track record in direct B2B sales
Ability to consistently close 10+ deals per month
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual (English & French) - Preferred
Existing network of merchants in the Montreal area
Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
