About the Role:

Flooring Liquidators Newmarket is seeking a motivated and customer-focused

Sales Manager

to join our team on a part-time basis. If you're passionate about home improvement and enjoy helping clients find the perfect flooring solutions, we want to hear from you!

What We Offer:

Competitive Pay

: $20/hour + commission on sales profit (commission begins after a 3-week training period)

Work Schedule

: 4-5 days per week Friday Saturday Sunday Monday Tuesday (Optional)*

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with expert product recommendations Educate clients on flooring options and close sales confidently Handle customer inquiries in-store and over the phone Process orders, schedule installations, and follow up with clients Open and close the showroom independently Maintain accurate records and ensure showroom organization

What We're Looking For:

Minimum

5 years

of experience in sales, customer service, or administration Experience in

home renovations or home improvement

is a strong asset Positive, friendly, and solution-oriented approach Excellent communication skills and fluency in English Ability to work independently and manage the store solo when required Professional, business-casual presentation Strong

problem-solving, computer, and phone skills

Proven track record in

closing sales

and achieving targets

Additional Details:

Training Location

: Training will take place for 1-2 weeks at our Yorkdale location:
100 Bridgeland Avenue, Toronto, ON

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
