Reporting to the Sr Director of sales, the role of a Sales Manager requires a leader and a manager who can organize the sales team as well as builds the structure and foundation to allow the team to grow in their individual responsibilities. While leading by example, the Sales manager will be responsible for onboarding/ramping up new hires, coaching, training, motivating, and holding the sales team accountable to their key performance metrics as well as dealing with the day-to-day management of the team.
