Who we are looking for:

Our ideal candidate for this role is expected to have strong experience in the Sales industry and a proven ability to execute strategic sales plans that meet or exceed company sales targets. They must be highly self-motivated and positive, resourceful, goal-driven, and passionate about driving growth in a competitive market.

Possessing strong leadership, coaching and motivating skills. This individual will oversee all aspects of sales functions, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with broader business goals while managing a team of sales representatives, by supervising and directing them in all activities related to the selling products and services.

Must be a confident communicator, who strives in developing and delivering executive-level presentations, and are known for their integrity, teamwork, and have a keen attention to detail and with the ability to "see" big-picture objectives.

Responsibilities:



Planning and Execution Framework

Develop and implement long term sales strategy to grow sales and drive profitability. Implement quarterly and/or annual sales plans. Meet and exceed assigned targets for profitable sales and strategic objectives. Establishes productive, professional relationships with key contacts at accounts building long term relationships. Set and track sales goals, quotas, and forecasts, and prepare regular status reports. Review RFQs, qualify opportunities, and guide the team on bid preparation as needed.

Talent Management

Lead and coach sales team, providing performance feedback and support.

Sales management

Represent One Touch Heat and Cool Inc. at relevant trade shows and events. Coordinate sales efforts to support business development goals and client needs. Approve Request for Quote (RFQ) pricing to ensure completeness, clarifications, and exceptions. Assist with the execution of Financing loan applications.

Business Strategy

Collaborate with management team to develop short- and long-term strategic plans. Provide input from sales on growth, competitive analysis, and market trends for strategic planning. Develop and execute strategies that support strategic and sales plans. Stay informed on external and internal developments to identify new markets, products, and competitor activities.

Requirements:



Be fluent in both French & English. Preferably have a minimum 3 years of experience in sales and management. Ambition to grow and take on new assignments/skills as needed. Ability to understand the changing marketplace and ability to adapt to change. Positive sales-oriented personality. Strong Team Player. Effective time management and organizational skills. Able to manage productivity goals and quality standards. Knowledge of computer applications.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
