We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in outside sales, particularly in technology sales. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, develop effective sales strategies, and foster relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Duties
Develop and execute the entire sales strategy--from outreach to closing
Identify and pursue opportunities for group bookings, birthday parties, and corporate events
Create basic promotional content and manage local marketing initiatives (posters, flyers, social media posts)
Maintain customer relationships and respond to inquiries directly
Track bookings, prepare sales reports, and present insights to management
Represent Champs at networking events to boost visibility
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement effective business development strategies to expand market presence.
Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual benefit.
Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements
4+ years in direct sales or business development (hospitality or entertainment industries a plus)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills
Self-starter with a creative mindset and strong problem-solving ability
Basic proficiency in Canva, Excel, and social media platforms
Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or similar field preferred but not mandatory
