We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Manager . In this role, you'll oversee the day-today operations of the sales department, guiding our team in the pursuit of customer service excellence! You will be the driving force behind our sales success. You will oversee all aspects of sales operations, including guiding our team to drive our sales efforts to new heights, maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of our business.

Who are you?

You are a dedicated and results-oriented Sales Manager with a genuine love for the RV industry. You are passionate about helping people find the perfect RV to enhance their adventures and create lasting memories. You probably have a background in RV, marine or automotive and enjoy the challenges of commissioned sales. You take pride in leading by example, motivating your team to achieve their best while offering guidance and support along the way. You thrive in a collaborative, dynamic environment and enjoy working alongside other passionate individuals who share the same excitement for the outdoors. You are comfortable learning and working with CRM programs and enjoy a workday filled with varying tasks that require a positive attitude and the ability to set priorities. You think on your feet and instill confidence in your direct reports.

What You Will Do

• Overall day-to-day management of the Sales department.
• Direct supervision of sales professionals and lot attendants.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and maximize profitability.
• Liaise with head office to determine priorities
• Hiring, training, and performance management of Sales staff
• Ensure clear, prompt, positive communications between sales consultants and customers and the Service Department
• Fostering positive relationships with customers and service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Manage branch inventory, including procurement, stocking and merchandising to optimize product availability and presentation.
• Uphold company policies and procedures ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Resolve customer challenges while making every effort to minimize cost to the dealership
• Ensure all Sales staff are following company procedures in the execution of their duties
• Accountable for overall Sales Department financial performance metrics and maximizing department results
• Collaborate with marketing team to create targeted promotional campaigns.

Skills and Experience That Make You a Good Fit

• 1 Year in a Sales Manager role preferred
• Desire to learn and develop new skills
• Professional appearance and demeanour are necessary
• Must be able to acquire a VSA license
• Provide excellent customer service by displaying enthusiasm and strong communication skills with customers, peers, and management
• Ability to empathize
• An infectious can-do attitude
• Always looking for opportunities
• Computer literate and see the value in managing the relationship with the customer effectively
• Solid communicator--when you talk, people listen
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
